"I was looking for a video inspection of my main sewer line--nothing more. The other plumbers I contacted wouldn't even call me back; maybe because I didn't need any sewer work from them. I was a little leery of the lack of reviews here, but Ray came through like a champ. He was prompt, professional, thorough, and a lot cheaper than the one bid I managed to get out of anyone else. He explained everything as we watched the video screen, found the problem, and gave me recommendations on possible actions if I decided to do anything. He has no interest in sewer work--only the video inspection. The service included an annotated CD and a detailed drawing of the problem location , depth, and where to cut the concrete.
